- Perform basic data entry, file handling (paper and electronic filing), scanning, binding
photocopying and uploading documents.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and transformation of business performance.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage daily assigned work.
Identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
Miscellaneous ad-hoc projects and requests for information as required.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Applicants should be working towards Engineering degree or Technical certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to relate well to others.
Excellent research, writing, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Sound judgment and ability to handle matters of a confidential/sensitive nature.
Computer skills to access the Internet as a research tool and to prepare own materials using various software programs.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the group.
The ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, maintain focus, and understand and resolve issues.
Desire to improve processes, think broadly, and show drive and initiative.
