  • Orientation of New Hires

  • Direct reporting responsibilities for the first 90 days of new hires ending with their 90 day review.

  • Manage performance and attendance of new hires for first 90 days

  • Set new hires up with Oracle access, Airwaves, Employee ID's, vending machine access, and benefits

  • Participate in the interviewing process of OpTechs

  • Review, update, and maintain JSA's

  • Shift training as required for Quality, Safety, Production Process "Reminders", and other problems that arise

  • Administering Peer-to-Peer training program

  • Yearly recurring training including NCR, Back-to-Basics and General Knowledge test

  • Design and develop training courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals.

  • Review, evaluate and select material to supplement training.

  • Maintain all department training records.

  • Develop, coordinate and maintain training programs for Top Coat

  • Participate on Lean / Six Sigma / Quality / Safety efforts as necessary or directed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-months production experience with certification on all processes

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • High School Diploma/ GED required; college degree preferred

  • Willing to Work extended hours and/or weekends and holidays as required

  • Must be proficient in Basic Math

  • Ability to communicate and work well in a diverse environment, both verbal and written

  • Able and willing to work any shift as required by the job

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Experience designing and developing training courses preferred

  • Previous demonstrated training skills/experience preferred
