Description / Major Responsibilities of Position:
This position has the responsibility for coordinating and planning the activities of MicroBulk / Beverage Carbonation Service Technicians in Quebec and Eastern Ontario, to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction, and also provide technical support to the Atlantic provinces. This position will also be accountable for preparing installation projects, schedule maintenance work, control the inventory system for parts and assets, and maintain the Safety / compliance culture and excellent customer service level.
Major responsibilities (Duties may include but are not limited to):
Coordinate equipment installations and removals, service calls and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
Work in compliance with Provincial Regulatory Authorities
Manage / purchase maintenance / installs supplies and equipment
Prepare installation projects.
Develops specific procedures, following established practices
Schedule Installs and removals for Beverage Carbonation and Industrial business
Give / provide adequate training to Microbulk personnel.
Handle customer and sales organization inquiries, and deal with emergency situations after hours
- B.A.Sc. in ingineering or equivalent experience.
Professional experience :
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing employees in a coordinator or customer service role.
Budget management experience.
Good knowledge of computer applications, Excel, Word, Access, Visio and must have technical expertise and understanding of gases and maintenance planning
Industry experiences an asset.
Other considerations :
Good knowledge of both French and English languages (written and verbal).
Periodic travel may be required
Self-motivated team player who works well with others and has a strong customer and safety focus.
Experience in distribution and customer service, with the ability coordinate / schedule, after hours / weekend emergency situations and “on call”.
