Medigas is currently recruiting for a Territory Manager/ Registered Respiratory Therapist for our Dartmouth, NS location.

The primary role of this position is to identify and develop sales opportunities by visiting key physicians and other potential referral sources to promote the company's products and services.

Major responsibilities(Duties may include but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for growing CPAP, oxygen and Respiratory sales

  • Accounts management

  • Initiate the prescribed respiratory therapy in clients homes including assessments, education, documentation and follow up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance

  • Conduct in-services and participate in various conferences

  • Promotion of Medigas products and services to referral sources, including educational services to medical/healthcare communities

  • Make sales calls to existing accounts and cold calls to new potential customers via onsite visits and phone calls

  • Manage sales, focus on margins to maximize operating profit

  • Manage all aspects of client relationships

  • Perform all job duties in compliance with Safety standards;

  • Provide guidance to team members on how to deliver service consistent with Customer Service Standards

  • Proactively recognize and provide training and development as needed

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • RRT, RN designation and current registration in good standing with the respective colleges.

  • Prior clinical practice required.

  • Homecare and sales experience preferred.

  • Expertise in clinical in services would be an asset.

  • Excellent interpersonal and computer skills are a must.

  • Successful candidate must be organized and work well independently.

  • Clean driving record is a must.
