New Accounts Administrator

Praxair Canada Inc is currently recruiting for a New Accounts Administrator for its Package Gases business. This position is located inBrampton, Ontario.

The New Accounts Administrator will be responsible for setting up new accounts for all of PCI Canada.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Account maintenance and line of credit review responsibilities

  • Accountable for maintaining pre-determined service level goals for all new accounts work

  • Special projects involving acquisitions, mass changes, and account uploads

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all region staff

  • Identify opportunities to streamline the new accounts processes and take steps to implement improvements

  • Must be a team player but must also possess the ability to work independently

  • Ability to make confident decisions based on available information

  • Other duties as assigned by Manager



  • High School diploma/GED required

  • Credit and Collections experience (an asset)

  • Computer experience in Word and Excel, JDE an asset

  • Strong Customer Service skills

  • Effective verbal communication skills, French language an asset

  • Detail oriented

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent time management skills
