Customer Service Representative
Reporting to the customer service manager, this position is responsible for the Co-ordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriate funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.
Major responsibilities (Duties may include but are not limited to):
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
The CSR will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered.
The applicant should have a Grade 12 or equivalent diploma and 2 year of customer service experience
Superior customer service, interpersonal, organization/prioritization and computer skills.
Committed to client, organizational, and personal safety.
