PraxairDistribution, Inc. is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to join our team located in Ankeny, IA.

The National Accounts Coordinator serves as the primary customer service contact for Praxair Distribution's National Accounts customers & distributors.

National Accounts Coordinator

  • Sets up and maintains all new National Accounts & pricing on National Accounts

  • Responsible for processing customer pass thru billing in a timely & quality fashion

  • Initiates contact and follow-up with customer inquiries and disputes

  • Interaction with National Accounts sales team and region personnel

  • Serves as a point of contact for outside distributors

  • Accountable for AR, DSO, agings, credits & bad debt performance on assigned accounts

  • Maintains positive customer relationships

  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Education/GED is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred

  • 1 years customer service/office environment experience

  • 1 years collections experience

  • Strong JDE and CU knowledge/skills are preferred

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, reporting tools (OBI and Cognos) with training

  • Effective communication skills & organizational skills

  • Strong problem solving skills
