Inside Sales Representative – 3 Month Term

Major responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders, answers and responds to telephone and walk-in sales orders and product inquiries

  • Sell gases and welding products to walk-in and telephone customers

  • Maintain appearance of the branch Use knowledge of welding applications and products to ensure Praxair products meet customer requirements

  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

  • This three month contract potentially has the opportunity for extension

Qualifications

Qualifications - Education and Professional experience:

  • Degree or certificate in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Must have 2 years customer service experience

  • Previous Inside Sales experience considered an asset

  • Good communication, computer skills as well as a strong commitment to safety

  • Knowledge of welding Industry applications and products to meet customer requirements – would be considered an asset.

  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment
